Roles

GovernIA uses role-based access per tenant.

OWNER

  • Full access to tenant
  • Manage users and roles
  • Manage subscription/billing (Ops)
  • Can view analytics and audits

ADMIN

  • Similar to Owner (depending on configuration)
  • Typically: manage users and tenant ops
  • Can access analytics

AUDITOR

  • Create missions and audits
  • Create/edit/publish templates (if allowed)
  • Complete questionnaires
  • Create recommendations and remediation actions
  • Draft and publish reports

CLIENT

  • View missions and audits assigned to the tenant
  • View published reports
  • Track remediation actions and progress
  • Limited editing capabilities (depending on tenant config)

VIEWER

  • Read-only access
  • Can view selected dashboards, reports, and actions

Where it shows in the UI

  • Analytics: mission/audit execution & dashboards
  • Ops: user management, roles, subscriptions (Owner/Admin)
