Quickstart
This quickstart takes you from login to a published audit.
1) Pick your tenant
If you belong to multiple organizations, select the active tenant from the tenant switcher. All missions, audits, and analytics will follow the active tenant.
2) Create a mission
Go to Core Platform → Missions then:
- Click New mission
- Enter a mission name (e.g. “AI Governance Readiness 2026”)
- Add scope details (business units, perimeter, constraints)
3) Launch an audit
From the mission page:
- Click Launch audit
- Choose the family (IA / REG / TECH)
- Select a questionnaire template (or create one if you are an auditor)
4) Collect answers & evidence
During the questionnaire phase:
- Answer each question
- Attach evidence (links, documents, notes)
- Use “Not applicable” when justified
5) Review results
Once the audit is completed:
- Check overall score and pillar scores
- Review recommendations and their mapped pillars
- Validate findings and wording
6) Track remediation actions
Convert recommendations into actions:
- Assign an owner
- Set due date and severity
- Track progress and closure evidence
7) Publish the report
When ready:
- Generate a draft report (optional)
- Edit conclusions and executive summary
- Publish to make it available to the client
