A mission is the container for a real engagement: scope, stakeholders, audits, and deliverables.
When to create a mission
Create a mission when you need:
- a dedicated scope (perimeter, constraints, business units)
- multiple audits under one engagement (e.g., IA + TECH)
- clear history and reporting
Mission fields (recommended)
- Name and reference
- Scope description
- Stakeholders (client contacts, auditors)
- Timeline (start/end, milestones)
- Notes / constraints
Typical workflow
- Create mission
- Launch one or more audits
- Track remediation actions
- Publish reports
