A mission is the container for a real engagement: scope, stakeholders, audits, and deliverables.

When to create a mission

Create a mission when you need:

  • a dedicated scope (perimeter, constraints, business units)
  • multiple audits under one engagement (e.g., IA + TECH)
  • clear history and reporting

Mission fields (recommended)

  • Name and reference
  • Scope description
  • Stakeholders (client contacts, auditors)
  • Timeline (start/end, milestones)
  • Notes / constraints

Typical workflow

  1. Create mission
  2. Launch one or more audits
  3. Track remediation actions
  4. Publish reports
