Introduction
Welcome to the GovernIA documentation.
GovernIA is built around a simple flow:
- Create a mission (scope, objectives, target organization)
- Launch an audit (select a questionnaire template, assign auditors)
- Collect answers (evidence-driven)
- Generate results (scores, pillars, recommendations)
- Track remediation (actions, progress, closure evidence)
- Publish a report (client-ready)
Key concepts
- Tenant: an organization space (company / client). All data is isolated by tenant.
- Audit family: the audit domain (IA / REG / TECH). Families have their own pillars and templates.
- Template: a questionnaire blueprint that can be reused across missions.
- Mission: an engagement (audit context + deliverables) where audits are executed.
- Remediation action: a tracked improvement item with owner, status, progress, and evidence.
